Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PawScan (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. PawScan reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of the Service
PawScan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading images that do not contain pets; attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system; using the Service to generate false, misleading, or harmful content; or accessing the Service through automated means without prior written consent from PawScan.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PawScan does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. All use of the Service is at your sole risk. PawScan expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PawScan and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall PawScan's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to PawScan in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PawScan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.
