PawScan is an AI-powered pet health tool operated by Verity Strategy. We provide educational insights about your pet's breed, body condition, and nutrition based on photos you upload. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service at pawscan.app.

We collect information you provide directly: your name and email address when you create an account, pet profile details (name, species, breed, age, weight), and photos you upload for scanning. We also collect usage data such as scan history and feature interactions to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Photos you upload are processed by our AI to generate breed, body condition, and nutrition insights. We use your account information to save your scan history and personalize your experience. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models. We will never use your pet photos for advertising purposes or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@veritystrat.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
